Types of Threads We Manufacture
We machine parts with various thread types for mechanical engineering, instrumentation, and energy sectors. We handle individual and batch orders, ensuring quality control at every stage.
Metric Thread (ISO)
The classic choice for most industrial connections in Europe
Standards: ISO 68/1, ISO 261, ISO 965; DIN/GOST equivalents
Profile: triangular, 60° angle
Applications: bolts, nuts, studs, housing components
Advantages: versatility, component availability, high interchangeability
Inch Thread (UN/UNC/UNF)
For imported equipment and projects with American/British specifications.
Standards: ASME B1.1 (UN/UNC/UNF), BSW/BSF
Profile: triangular, 60° angle (Whitworth — 55°)
Applications: repair and integration of imported assemblies, oil and gas extraction, aviation
Advantages: compatibility with international systems, wide range of TPI pitches
Trapezoidal Thread (Tr/Acme)
For power transmission and lead screws
Standards: ISO 2901/2904/5988 (Tr), ASME B1.5 (Acme)
Profile: trapezoidal, enhanced load-bearing capacity
Applications: linear actuators, jacks, press mechanisms, industrial equipment
Advantages: high load capacity, wear resistance, smooth motion stability
